Taylor Swift is ecstatic after her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, made a surprise appearance on stage during one of her Eras Tour shows in London.
The 34-year-old pop icon has been in a relationship with the Super Bowl-winning athlete since September last year. Kelce has been a supportive presence, accompanying Swift on various stops of her world tour.
On Sunday night, the American football star joined Swift on stage at Wembley Stadium, carrying her to a lip-shaped sofa and dancing beside her, much to the delight of the audience.
Swift performed three sold-out shows over the weekend as part of her record-breaking eight-night residency at the historic venue. She expressed her joy and gratitude for the success of her London shows.
On Monday, Swift took to Instagram to share photos and videos from the concerts, accompanied by an enthusiastic statement: “Wembley Stadium round one was so surreal. Looking out into crowds of 90,000 fans each night and hearing that VOLUME… Those were some of the loudest crowds I’ve ever heard. Acoustic sections went OFF.”
She highlighted some memorable moments from the performances, saying, “I got to sing ‘Castles Crumbling’ with @yelyahwilliams (Paramore singer Hayley Williams) for the first time – hadn’t performed with her since 2011 and man, my heart was just so full of love for her and our friendship. Then the impossibly gifted and wonderful @gracieabrams came and surprised the crowd with the first performance of our song ‘us.'”
Swift also shared her excitement over Kelce’s on-stage appearance, posting footage of him and adding, “And I’m still cracking up/swooning over @killatrav’s Eras Tour debut. Never going to forget these shows. Can’t wait to do it 5 more times in August.”
