Miranda Lambert is set to captivate her audience with her upcoming album, “Postcards from Texas,” scheduled for release on September 13. The country music star revealed the album details via Instagram on July 24, describing it as a personal “letter” to her fans.

In her Instagram post, Lambert shared a carousel of images featuring postcards that outlined the album’s 14-track list, which includes titles like “Armadillo,” “Dammit Randy,” “Looking Back on Luckenbach,” and “Wildfire.” The album marks Lambert’s debut under her new record deal with Republic Records.

Fans responded enthusiastically to the announcement. “Must have! There are no bad Miranda albums,” one fan commented. Another wrote, “The woman has spoken. BRB while I go pre-save and buy some vinyl.” Early reactions to the released singles “Dammit Randy,” “Alimony,” and “Wranglers” have been positive, with fans praising Lambert’s songwriting and vocal performance.

Lambert explained that “Dammit Randy” symbolizes her transition from Sony to Republic. “We were talking about how excited we were to be starting this journey with a new label family…and how supported we felt by them, which turned into chatting about situations where you might not feel so supported by someone—in this case, an unappreciative Randy,” Lambert shared. “So, this one’s for anyone with a Randy they need to move on from.”

Fans are encouraged to pre-save the album and look forward to its release on September 13.
