Jax Jones has hinted at an upcoming collaboration with Kesha. The 37-year-old house music DJ, known for his work with Demi Lovato and RAYE, recently shared details about his new projects on the ‘Therapy Couch’ podcast.
Jones revealed that he is excited about working with fresh talent in the music industry. “There’s something refreshing about collaborating with new artists,” he said. “I’m working with SadBoi tomorrow, and I’ve also got a track in the works with Kesha. I’m enjoying mixing it up.”
Kesha, who recently released her independent single “Joyride” following a lengthy legal battle with producer Dr. Luke, is preparing to launch her first album under her own label, Kesha Records. In an interview with Paper magazine, Kesha expressed her enthusiasm about having full creative control over her new music. “This is the first album where I’m 100 percent in control of everything. It feels like my first album,” she said.
Kesha promised that the upcoming album would surpass the success of her 2010 debut Animal. “Making this album has been deeply life-changing and profound,” she noted. “If you thought Animal was fun, just wait.”
