Poyen, Arkansas, celebrated its native son, country music star Justin Moore, with a special tribute on Wednesday. The town unveiled a new sign dedicated to the acclaimed artist, recognizing his significant contributions to the country music genre.
Moore, a Grant County native, has achieved considerable success in his career, including multiple Billboard No. 1 albums, several Top 10 hits, and two Platinum records. His well-known tracks include “If Heaven Wasn’t So Far Away,” “Small Town USA,” and “Bait A Hook.”
Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders attended the event, expressing her pride on X, saying she was “honored to join the community to honor one of Arkansas’s best.”
