Grace Kelley, the 28-year-old daughter of country music icon Wynonna Judd, has been arrested once more, this time in Carroll County, Georgia. According to Carroll County Jail records, Kelley was taken into custody on August 3rd on charges including driving with a suspended or revoked license, improper use of motorcycle equipment, and attempting to elude a police officer.
Kelley’s latest run-in with the law saw her spending just one night in jail before being released on August 4th after posting a $2,750 bond.
This arrest follows a series of legal issues for Kelley, who was previously detained in April at Elmore County Jail in Alabama. During that incident, Kelley was accused of indecent exposure after allegedly exposing herself at a busy intersection in Millbrook, Alabama. She was also charged with obstructing governmental operations after refusing to identify herself to police, and her bond was set at $1,000.
Kelley’s legal troubles date back several years, beginning with a 2016 arrest for methamphetamine possession. In 2018, she was sentenced to eight years in prison for violating her probation after leaving a court-ordered drug recovery program.
This recent arrest adds to a growing list of legal challenges for Kelley, who has struggled with the law and substance abuse for much of her adult life.
