Following his role as the official hypeman for the USA Water Polo teams at the Paris Olympics, Flavor Flav will return to the Bay Area with his influential group Public Enemy for a special one-off music festival.
The legendary rap group, renowned for their groundbreaking album It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back, will join a star-studded lineup at Hip-Hop 101: From New York to the Bay. The festival, set for November 9 at Oakland Arena, will also feature performances by Cypress Hill, De La Soul, Eric B & Rakim, Dilated Peoples, and Bay Area favorites Too Short and Mistah F.A.B.
Tickets for the event will be available to the public starting at 10 a.m. on Friday, August 16, through Live Nation. A presale for Live Nation members begins at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, August 14.
