The Mavericks have announced the postponement of two Texas shows to April 2025, as frontman Raul Malo continues his battle with cancer. Malo, who recently shared his diagnosis with fans, is currently undergoing chemotherapy and needs to focus on his treatment.
In a statement on the band’s Instagram, The Mavericks expressed their gratitude for fans’ understanding and support during this challenging time. “We appreciate your patience and sincerely regret any inconvenience caused,” the band said. “We look forward to seeing you next year.”
