Blake Shelton Joins BMG/BBR Music Group After Leaving Warner Music Nashville

Blake Shelton has officially announced his new partnership with BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville, just three weeks after departing from Warner Music Nashville, where he began his recording career in the early 2000s.

Jon Loba, president of BMG’s frontline recordings for the Americas, expressed excitement about Shelton’s arrival, stating, “Blake is one of the biggest personalities and presences in media. America first got to know him through incredible, timeless songs and live shows, and then fell in love with his sense of humor through TV. We can’t wait to share his incredible new music with the world.”

Shelton shared his enthusiasm in a statement, thanking the BMG team for their support: “I felt their passion and love for music when I met with them, and I knew I was home. I am ready to go!!” The country superstar is reportedly focused on delivering some of the best music of his career, leaving his new label eager to showcase his upcoming projects.
