Miranda Lambert made a memorable guest appearance on the “Songs & Stories” episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, filmed on the rooftop of New York’s iconic 30 Rock on September 24. Wearing sunglasses, Lambert and host Kelly Clarkson delved into a discussion about Lambert’s new album, Postcards From Texas, while performing several songs, including Lambert’s hit “No Man’s Land.”
In a delightful surprise, the two artists joined forces for an impromptu duet of Chappell Roan’s breakout single, “Good Luck, Babe!” after discovering their mutual admiration for the track. “It’s so good,” Lambert praised Roan’s latest album, crediting her brother and his husband for introducing her to the music. “I love anything authentic. It’s so cool,” she added, humorously hoping Roan thinks they are cool too before launching into their harmonious rendition.
Lambert has previously expressed her support for Roan, notably at the 2024 VMAs, where she attended as a presenter. Her album, Postcards From Texas, was released earlier this month.
