The 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards made a grand return on September 26, filling Nashville’s historic Grand Ole Opry with the brightest stars of the country music scene. This second annual event celebrated the genre’s achievements, bringing together top artists, emerging talents, and devoted fans for an unforgettable night.

As one of the few fan-voted award shows in country music, the ceremony was hosted by the iconic Shania Twain, who dazzled the audience with six outfit changes and kept the energy high throughout the two-hour event.

Lifetime honors were presented to Kane Brown and Miranda Lambert, who received the Country Champion and Country Icon awards, respectively. Other notable winners included Morgan Wallen, Shaboozey, Luke Combs, and mgk, each taking home multiple trophies.

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the impressive lineup of performances, featuring some of the genre’s most esteemed artists. From Kane Brown’s enchanting rendition of “Fiddle in the Band” to mgk’s electrifying cover of John Denver’s “Take Me Home, Country Roads,” the night showcased country music at its finest.
