Sturgill Simpson is lending his support to those affected by Hurricane Helene in North Carolina with a special benefit concert. The performance is scheduled for October 21 at the Koka Booth Amphitheater in Cary, with proceeds going to the North Carolina Disaster Relief Fund.

Originally slated to perform at the ExploreAsheville.com Arena in Asheville on the same date, Simpson’s Asheville show was canceled due to the extensive damage caused by heavy rains and flooding from Hurricane Helene. He is currently on tour, promoting his Passage Du Desir project under his new alias, Johnny Blue Skies.

Tickets for the benefit concert will be available through a venue presale starting October 10 at 10 a.m., followed by general sales on October 11 at the same time. Additional details can be found on the venue’s website.
