Iron Maiden, the legendary heavy metal band, has kicked off the North American leg of their ‘The Future Past World Tour,’ which commenced on October 4. The iconic group will perform at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois, on October 24, 2024, with Mongolian rock band The Hu serving as the opening act.
Since their emergence in the 1980s, Iron Maiden has been a transformative force in the music scene. The band’s current lineup includes founder and bassist Steve Harris, lead vocalist Bruce Dickinson, drummer Nicko McBrain, and guitarists Dave Murray, Adrian Smith, and Janick Gers.
Iron Maiden quickly became a sensation, pioneering the new wave of heavy metal in the UK. From 1980 to 1988, they released a series of groundbreaking albums that solidified their status in the industry. Their extensive discography features 41 albums, including remastered works, 13 live albums, four EPs, and seven compilation albums. They have also released 47 singles, with their most recent single debuting in 2022, along with 20 video albums and two video games.
