The Coffs Coast Country Music Festival is set to kick off its debut weekend of country music and family-friendly activities at the Moonee Beach Hotel from Friday, October 25, to Sunday, October 27.
The festivities will start on Friday evening with a classic Aussie BBQ and live music from Dan Hannaford at 5 p.m., promising hearty BBQ favorites and refreshing drinks.
Saturday’s lineup on the outdoor stage includes a tribute to Luke Combs, along with performances from Country Mud Band, The Daisy Dukes Duo, and Katie Brooke. Gates open at 2 p.m., with music starting at 3 p.m., and organizers expect up to 900 attendees, making it the largest event in the hotel’s history. “Country music brings out such a fun and energetic crowd, and we can’t wait to host this special night,” said venue General Manager Hugh Gillroy.
The weekend concludes with a country-themed Dog Day on Sunday, where families can bring their furry friends for BBQ treats, dog stalls, and costume contests, with prizes for the best-dressed pups.
Tickets are required for Saturday’s music festival, while Friday and Sunday’s events are free for all.
