Filmed for future release by acclaimed director Martin Scorsese, the nearly five-hour concert showcased 37 songs performed by a diverse array of guest musicians, all supported by a house band led by Don Was. The band featured notable musicians such as Mike Campbell, Jamey Johnson, Ryan Bingham, Benmont Tench, and Shannon McNally.
While Noah Kahan and Elvis Costello were advertised as participants, they were not in attendance for the tribute. The evening was a testament to Robertson’s enduring influence in the music world, bringing together a constellation of talent to celebrate his legacy.
