Country music rising star Priscilla Block has officially released her debut love song, “He’s My Man,” through UMG Nashville. This new single arrives as she captivates audiences nationwide on Jon Pardi’s Mr. Saturday Night Tour, where she has been performing to sold-out crowds and solidifying her status as a dynamic force in the country music scene.
In “He’s My Man,” Block paints a vivid picture of her partner, singing, “He’s a little Waylon Jennings on a Friday night / Mess with me, you’re gonna see him fight.” The lyrics celebrate the qualities that make him unique, showcasing her engaging storytelling style.
This release follows her successful EP, PB2, which debuted earlier this summer via Mercury Nashville, as well as an acoustic version of her hit song “Good On You.” With PB2, Block marks a new chapter in her career, featuring five original tracks, including fan favorites “Hey Jack” and “Bad Guy.” The latter gained attention after being teased on her social media, where she has millions of engaged followers.
Block co-wrote four of the five tracks on PB2, including “Good On You,” which has accumulated over 15 million streams. The EP also includes new songs like “Apartment” and “Hell Out Of A Hometown,” showcasing her heartfelt songwriting and emotional range. While “Hell Out Of A Hometown” delivers a sassy, live-ready vibe, “Apartment” reveals her more tender and vulnerable side, highlighting her versatility as an artist.
