Country Top 40 with Fitz (CT40) is gearing up to celebrate the holiday season with a series of special broadcasts, featuring some of country music’s biggest stars. The popular countdown show, in partnership with Skyview Networks, will air a variety of holiday-themed programs designed to get fans in the festive spirit.
“I’m beyond excited for our upcoming holiday specials,” said Fitz. “I’ll be joining forces with the biggest stars in country music to get you through the holidays, CT40 style. Let’s salute our troops, gobble ‘til ya wobble, and have a merry ‘Fitzmas’!”
The holiday lineup kicks off with a special Veterans Day weekend edition on November 9th and 10th, in collaboration with the Fisher House Foundation, which supports military veterans and their families. The segment aims to raise awareness and encourage donations for the foundation as part of the giving season.
Next, CT40 will air its annual Thanksgiving special, Thankful for the Hits, on November 30th and December 1st. Hosted by Fitz alongside country duo Dan + Shay, this four-hour broadcast will highlight chart-topping country hits, share Thanksgiving traditions, and reflect on what the stars are grateful for this year.
Rounding out the December holiday specials, Fitz will team up with country music star Gabby Barrett for Deck the Hits with Fitz, airing the weekend of December 21st and 22nd. The show will feature a mix of holiday classics from beloved country artists while the hosts share their favorite holiday traditions.
Finally, to close out the year, Country Top 40 with Fitz will present Year of Hits with Fitz on December 28th and 29th, counting down the biggest country hits of 2024 and gearing up for the new year.
“We are very excited to celebrate the holidays with CT40 and Fitz,” said Skyview Networks Director, Affiliate Syndication, Ed Moloney. “With Fitz’s energy and the star power of Dan + Shay and Gabby Barrett, this holiday season is set to be one for the books!”
