Park Jin-young, better known as J.Y. Park, continues to thrive as one of the most influential figures in the K-pop industry. With over three decades at the helm of JYP Entertainment, the legendary producer and singer has played a pivotal role in shaping the global success of K-pop, producing iconic groups such as TWICE and Stray Kids.
As the founder of JYP Entertainment, Park’s impact extends beyond his work as a producer—he remains an active and celebrated singer. To mark the 30th anniversary of his music career, Park will host a special concert series titled “Still JYP” in Korea and Japan. The celebrations will begin with a three-day concert from December 27 to December 29 at Seoul’s Olympic Hall, followed by performances at Tokyo Dome City Hall on February 20 and 21, 2025. These concerts will be his first in Japan since his GROOVE BACK IN JAPAN event in 2023.
In addition to the anniversary festivities, Park recently released the single “Easy Lover”, a modern soul punk track that showcases his energetic melodies and addictive chorus. The song, which follows his 2023 release “Changed Man”, tells a compelling story of unstoppable love. J.Y. Park’s enduring influence on both the K-pop industry and his fans worldwide is evident as he continues to make his mark in music and performance.
