Refunds are now being processed for ticket holders of Country Thunder Florida 2024 after the festival’s cancellation, organizers confirmed. The event, scheduled to take place annually at Osceola Heritage Park, was called off due to damage caused by Hurricane Milton.
For those who purchased tickets directly through Country Thunder, refunds will be issued via email from AXS, with funds returned to the original payment method.
Customers who bought tickets through Walgreens have two options for refunds.
In-Store Refunds: Bring the original ticket and receipt to a participating Walgreens location for store credit.
Mail-In Refunds: Mail the original ticket, receipt, and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Walgreens’ head office. Refund checks will be sent within 7 to 10 business days.
Ticket holders are advised to expect their refunds shortly as the process rolls out.
