The Rolling Stones and Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band have both earned nominations for the 2024 Billboard Music Awards, highlighting their ongoing impact on the live music scene.
Both legendary acts are nominated in the Top Rock Touring Artist category, where they’ll compete against Coldplay. This recognition comes after both bands spent much of the year on tour—The Rolling Stones kicked off their Hackney Diamonds tour in April in Houston, while Springsteen and his band resumed their tour in March in Phoenix.
Additional nominations include Pearl Jam’s Dark Matter, which is up for Best Hard Rock Album, and Dolly Parton’s Rockstar, which features collaborations with music icons such as Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, and Stevie Nicks, nominated in the Best Rock Album category.
