The 2024 Billboard Music Awards (BBMAs) are just around the corner, set to air on Thursday, December 12, at 8 p.m. EDT/PDT via Fox, Paramount+, and Amazon’s Fire TV Channels. Hosted by actress and comedian Michelle Buteau (“Babes,” “The Circle”), the event will feature exclusive performances, artist interviews, and award celebrations from around the world.
This year’s BBMAs spotlight some of the biggest names in music, with Zach Bryan, Taylor Swift, Morgan Wallen, and Sabrina Carpenter all competing for the prestigious Top Artist award. Swift, who has consistently dominated the charts, and Drake, the reigning king of BBMAs with a tied record of 39 wins, will once again battle it out for the most all-time wins.
Leading the charge, Bryan has secured 18 nominations, totaling 21 nods. Swift follows closely with 16 finalist spots, while Wallen earns 15 nominations, including five for his collaboration with Post Malone on “I Had Some Help.” Fans can look forward to an exciting night of celebration and music as these powerhouse artists vie for recognition.
