Travis Scott has made history by setting a new record for the highest-grossing solo rap tour of all time. His Circus Maximus Tour, in support of his chart-topping album UTOPIA, grossed nearly $210 million, selling 1.7 million tickets across four continents.
The Houston rapper’s 78-show run, which began in October 2023, surpassed the previous record held by Kendrick Lamar’s Big Steppers Tour, which earned $110 million. Scott’s achievement is a significant milestone for Hip-Hop, establishing a new benchmark for solo rap tours.
However, despite this major triumph, Scott’s tour still lags behind the immense success of the co-headlined It’s All A Blur Tour featuring Drake, J. Cole, and 21 Savage, which raked in an astounding $320 million.
