Ella Langley has capped off an extraordinary breakout year by earning her first No. 1 single on the country radio charts with “You Look Like You Love Me.” The song, a collaboration with Riley Green, marks his fourth No. 1 hit and has topped Mediabase’s Country Radio Chart, making Langley the first female artist to claim the top spot on Billboard’s Country Airplay Chart in 2024.
The RIAA Platinum-certified track, featured on Langley’s debut album Hungover, also took home the CMA Award for Musical Event of the Year. With more than 260 million global streams, “You Look Like You Love Me” is Langley’s most-streamed song to date. The hit has reached No. 7 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs and peaked in the Top 30 of the Billboard Hot 100.
Langley, originally from Hope Hull, Alabama, made her mark on the country scene after relocating to Nashville in 2019. With a blend of rock ‘n’ roll grit and pop appeal, she quickly became a rising star. Her debut album Hungover arrived in August 2023, showcasing her raw, emotional songwriting. The country newcomer was recently named to CMT’s 2024 Listen Up roster and to the Next Women of Country and Opry’s NextStage classes for 2024.
