South Korean K-pop sensation Tomorrow X Together (TXT) is set to take a significant break from activities in the new year. On December 10, 2024, BigHit Music confirmed the group’s decision to embark on a “long-term break” following their performance at the 39th Golden Disc Awards in Fukuoka, Japan, on January 5, 2025.
The announcement, made through the fan community platform Weverse, stated that after their appearance at the prestigious awards show, TXT will conclude their activities for the year. The members plan to take this time to rest and reconnect with their families, recharging for what promises to be an exciting 2025.
The news follows a recent update regarding member Soobin, who announced his individual hiatus on November 20, 2024, due to health concerns. BigHit Music revealed that Soobin had been experiencing health issues and had been advised by medical professionals to take time to recover.
TXT’s break marks a pause in their busy schedule, but fans can look forward to their return, with the group promising an extraordinary year ahead.
