NCT’s Mark has announced a delay in the release of his highly anticipated solo album, originally set for February 2025. SM Entertainment, the artist’s agency, confirmed the new release date will be in April, emphasizing the decision was made to guarantee the best possible quality for the album.
In a statement issued, the agency explained, “After extensive discussions, the company and the artist mutually agreed to postpone the album’s release.” They also assured fans that Mark will release a single prior to the full album drop to keep them excited and engaged.
Mark’s recent digital single, “200,” was a major success, topping iTunes charts in 11 regions upon its release in May 2023.
Meanwhile, NCT Dream, of which Mark is a member, wrapped up its “2024 NCT Dream World Tour” on December 1, with a three-day finale concert at Seoul’s Gocheok Sky Dome. The tour, which kicked off in May, took the group to 25 cities across Asia, the United States, and Europe.
