Rising K-pop girl group Babymonster, who made their official debut in April 2024, will kick off their U.S. debut tour in early 2025, including a highly anticipated show at the Kia Forum in Inglewood on March 2. The group will also perform at Newark’s Prudential Center on February 28.
Babymonster released their debut EP, Babymons7er, in April, earning recognition as one of Billboard’s most promising K-pop rookies of 2024. Their first full-length album, Drip, dropped on November 1, further solidifying their place in the K-pop scene.
Formed by YG Entertainment, the powerhouse behind global superstars Blackpink and 2NE1, Babymonster consists of seven talented members: Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Ahyeon, Rami, Rora, and Chiquita. All are in their late teens, except for Ruka, who is 22. The group represents a diverse mix of cultures with members from South Korea, Japan, and Thailand, singing and rapping in Korean, English, and Japanese.
The group’s world tour will begin in Seoul, South Korea on January 25-26 before they make their U.S. debut.
