Japanese kawaii metal band PassCode has released the official music video for their latest single, “SKILLAWAKE.” The track serves as the theme song for the second season of the anime As a Reincarnated Aristocrat, I’ll Use My Appraisal Skill to Rise in the World. Fans can watch the dynamic new video, which showcases the band’s signature blend of energetic metal and catchy, melodic vocals.
PassCode, known for their previous anime theme contributions to Shy and To Be Heroine, continues to expand their influence in both the music and anime worlds.
In addition to the single, PassCode recently wrapped up a successful headlining tour across Asia and released a live album, PassCode presents VERSUS PASSCODE 2024 vol.2, which was recorded during their performance at Spotify O-EAST and is now available on MoooD Records. The band has also made a special “SKILLAWAKE” CD/Blu-ray package available, featuring the full live performance.
Their last studio album, Strive, was released in 2020, and fans are eagerly awaiting what’s next for the band as they continue to carve their path in both the metal and anime music scenes.
