The cancellation was confirmed through an official email sent by SM Tickets Customer Care to those who had purchased tickets. The subject line of the email read: “Important Update: Kylie Minogue Tension Tour 2025 in Manila – Event Cancellation and Refund Information.”
The message stated: “We regret to inform you that the Kylie Minogue: Tension Tour 2025 performance in Manila, scheduled for March 17, 2025, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena, has been cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Fans who have purchased tickets will receive a full refund via the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Kindly anticipate a 2-week completion period for the reversal process.”
