K-pop sensation NewJeans is gearing up to deliver a festive surprise for fans with a special Christmas mini-concert on Kim Hyun Jung’s News Show. The broadcast, airing on December 25th on CBS Standard FM, will feature a blend of live news updates and musical performances.
Host Kim Hyun Jung teased the event, saying, “Tomorrow is a Christmas special. In the first part, we’ll bring you live news as usual, and in the second part, we’ll treat you to a mini-concert with five talented ladies: Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein. See you tomorrow!”
This holiday performance comes at a challenging time for NewJeans, who are currently embroiled in a legal dispute with their former agency, ADOR. The group announced the termination of their exclusive contract with ADOR on November 28, citing unresolved violations. In response, ADOR filed a lawsuit on December 3, seeking to confirm the contract’s validity and expressing a desire to continue working with the group.
