Nate Smith is teasing new music. The “World on Fire” singer recently shared a sneak peek of an unreleased track titled “Thieves,” giving fans a taste of what’s to come.
In an Instagram Reel, Smith captioned the clip with, “New year. New music,” while singing the haunting lyrics of the midtempo track:
“Another low from a high place / Too stubborn to die / Too broke to be broken / Too lonely to cry / Way out in the valley / It looks like paradise / But you can’t see the devil in the city light.”
While a release date has yet to be confirmed, fans can stay tuned to Nate’s social media for updates. In the meantime, Smith continues to rise on the country charts with “Fix What You Didn’t Break,” from his sophomore album California Gold.
