Texas country music artist Randall King is giving his 2023 album Into The Neon a stripped-down twist with the upcoming release of Neon (Unplugged), set for February 21, 2025. The acoustic version will feature a reimagined take on his original tracks, and fans can get a first listen to “One Night Dance (Unplugged),” available now across streaming platforms.

King reflects on the power of an acoustic arrangement: “There is something unique about taking a song, stripping it down to just an acoustic guitar, and singing it with a bit of a different flare,” he says. “That’s one of the beautiful things about country music. You can rock out with a band or sit by a fire with only a guitar and sing your heart out to the same song.” Neon (Unplugged) offers a fresh perspective on King’s soulful sound, emphasizing the raw emotion at the core of his music.
