Award-winning country music star Lee Brice is preparing for an exciting year, with the launch of his “You, Me & My Guitar Tour” on January 30, 2025, in Pennsylvania and the release of his new single “CRY” on January 31. Brice recently shared details about his upcoming plans, including a trip to the Hawaiian Islands.
Before hitting the road for his tour, Brice will attend the Maui Songwriters Festival from January 15-18 at the Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua. Reflecting on the significance of such events, Brice noted, “They’re just so special because you get to tell stories about the songs. The people get to see where they came from and a lot of times it’s just the songwriters telling these stories—not always the artists; and sometimes the artist is the songwriter, and I’ve always loved doing that.”
Other notable songwriters joining Brice at the festival include Joel Smallbone of for KING + COUNTRY, Chris DeStefano, Deric Ruttan, Randall King, and Brice Long. Local Maui talent will also be showcased, with songwriters Akoni Palomino, Tempa & Naor, and Gail Swanson representing the island.
The Maui Songwriters Festival has a rich history of supporting the community, with past events raising over $170,000 through the generosity of festival partners, sponsors, and attendees.
