Country music artist Kip Moore has revealed plans to release his highly anticipated sixth studio album, Solitary Tracks, on February 28th. The album, set to drop under his new label Virgin Music Group, promises to be his most ambitious project to date.
Solitary Tracks will feature an extensive 23 songs spread across four sides, showcasing Moore’s evolving sound and emotional depth. Along with the album announcement, Moore also premiered the official video for his new single “Bad Spot” — a reflective, piano-driven ballad that explores personal growth and the struggles of maturing.
In discussing the album, Moore emphasized his commitment to authenticity: “I’m never going to cheat by just trying to write what I think people want to hear, or hold onto a sound that worked for me. I’m going to always be authentic with myself, with every record, and all I ever hope is that people find a little solace. This project is a journey in itself, so I hope it helps people navigate their own life.”
