Country music fans in Owensboro, KY, are in for a treat this May as Clay Walker is set to perform at the 3rd Annual BBQ & Barrels Festival. Formerly known as the International Bar-B-Q Festival, the event will take place downtown on Friday, May 9th and Saturday, May 10th, with the concert serving as a highlight once again.
For the second consecutive year, the City of Owensboro will offer a free country music concert, following last year’s successful performance by Chris Janson to celebrate the Owensboro Convention Center’s 10th anniversary. This year’s show promises to continue the tradition with a lineup featuring both a ’90s country legend and an up-and-coming star of modern country.
The festival, which draws thousands of visitors each year, is set to be a major event, combining delicious BBQ with top-tier musical entertainment.
