PABLO, leader of SB19, puts a fresh spin on a Filipino classic with his latest single, Liwanag Sa Dilim. Originally written by Rico Blanco and popularized by Rivermaya, the newly released cover offers a cinematic, tropical-infused take on the song, showcasing PABLO’s powerful vocals—including his signature howl.
Produced by ABS-CBN’s Jonathan Manalo, the track serves as the official theme song for the Netflix original series Incognito, which premiered on January 20, 2025. Starring Richard Gutierrez, Daniel Padilla, Ian Veneracion, Maris Racal, Kaila Estrada, and Anthony Jennings, the show has consistently held a spot in Netflix Philippines’ Top 10 since its debut.
Beyond his solo work, PABLO is set to reunite with Stell, Justin, Josh, and Ken (aka FELIP) for SB19’s highly anticipated comeback EP Simula at Wakas. The first single is scheduled for release on February 28, followed by the full project on April 25. The group will also embark on a tour beginning May 31.
The upcoming EP follows their 2023 breakthrough album PAGTATAG! and a string of high-profile collaborations, including “Kalakal” with Gloc-9, “MOONLIGHT” with Terry Zhong and Ian Asher, and “Ready” with the Black Eyed Peas’ Apl.de.Ap.
