The Lumineers celebrate a major milestone as their latest single, “Same Old Song,” climbs to No. 1 on Billboard’s Adult Alternative Airplay chart, marking their eighth chart-topping hit. The song’s rise comes alongside the release of their new album Automatic on February 14.
With this achievement, the band joins a prestigious group, tying with The Black Keys, Death Cab for Cutie, and John Mayer for the fifth-most No. 1 hits on the Adult Alternative Airplay chart since its inception in 1996.
The updated Billboard charts, including the February 22 tally, will be available on February 18.
