Country music artist HARDY has exciting news for his fans. On April 10, he announced on Instagram that he will release two new songs, “Buck On The Wall” and “Favorite Country Song,” that very evening. This release comes just weeks before his upcoming EP, COUNTRY!, which is set to drop on May 2. As confirmed by HARDY in his post, both of the new tracks will be featured on the EP. Fans quickly responded with excitement, filling the comments section with fire emojis and enthusiastic messages. One fan wrote, “My day just got 10,000 times better, new HARDY music tonight. I’m so pumped!”
But the new music is just the start of what’s ahead for HARDY. On April 29, 2025, he will take the stage at the Grand Ole Opry, a significant milestone for any country music artist. This year is especially meaningful as the Opry celebrates its 100th anniversary. The event will also feature performances by The Isaacs and Killer Baez, among others. While this will be his first official performance at the Opry, HARDY has already appeared there during the 2023 People’s Choice Country Awards, as reported by Holler. That year, he also earned several award nominations.
Looking ahead, HARDY will embark on his biggest world tour yet. Starting May 22, 2025, the JIM BOB tour will include both solo concerts and festival performances, including one at Morgan Wallen’s “Sand In My Boots” event. While fans were hoping for a full-length studio album, HARDY explained that it won’t be ready in time for the tour. However, in his Instagram post, he assured fans that the upcoming EP would provide fresh material for the road. “I couldn’t get my album done in time for the tour, but I put my foot down, and I was like, ‘I want to have music out before this tour. The fans deserve it, I want to play new songs. It’s a new chapter in my life.’”
