Renowned musician Ringo Starr has unveiled plans for a North American tour set for autumn 2024.
The iconic former Beatle will be accompanied by his All Starr Band, featuring notable musicians such as Steve Lukather, Edgar Winter, Colin Hay, Warren Ham, Hamish Stuart, and Gregg Bissonette.
The tour, comprising nine shows, will commence at Omaha, Nebraska’s Astro Amphitheatre on September 12 and conclude at Radio City Music Hall in New York City on September 25.
With over six decades having passed since The Beatles’ legendary appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show in February 1964, Ringo Starr, now 83 years old, continues to demonstrate unwavering vitality. His latest musical offering, the four-song EP Crooked Boy, was released on April 20, showcasing his enduring creativity.
Additionally, Starr recently debuted his eighth book, Beats & Threads, a comprehensive exploration of his iconic drum kits from the Beatles era.
This upcoming tour supplements the previously announced spring/summer tour, during which the All Starr Band will perform across 12 cities, including Las Vegas and Mexico City.
Recognized for their renditions of classic Beatles hits, the All Starr Band promises to delight fans with beloved tracks like Yellow Submarine, With a Little Help from My Friends, and Octopus’s Garden.
