Recently announced as inductees to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, FOREIGNER is hitting the road this June, co-headlining the “Renegades & Juke Box Heroes” tour with STYX and special guest John Waite.
Adding to the excitement, STYX and FOREIGNER have announced the release of RENEGADES & JUKE BOX HEROES, a special limited-edition companion album. This collector’s item will be available exclusively at tour stops starting with today’s launch in Grand Rapids, MI at the Van Andel Arena, and at select retailers on July 12.
Available as a picture disc or in elegant silver vinyl, the album features the greatest hits of both bands and was mastered for vinyl by Ted Jensen at Sterling Sound, with lacquers cut by Joe Nino-Hernes. Fans can look forward to classics like FOREIGNER’s “Feels Like The First Time,” “Cold As Ice,” and “I Want To Know What Love Is,” along with STYX’s “Blue Collar Man (Long Nights),” “Come Sail Away,” and “Renegade,” among others.
With only 1,000 picture discs and 5,000 individually numbered silver editions available, these albums are expected to sell out quickly. A 13-track CD featuring all three artists and including the vinyl tracks will also be available. The songs are available on all digital platforms, with the picture disc available on FOREIGNER and STYX’s websites and the silver edition on Amazon starting July 12.
The “Renegades & Juke Box Heroes” tour kicks off today in Grand Rapids, MI. John Waite will add to the evening with his #1 hits “Missing You” and “When I See You Smile,” ensuring a night of unforgettable summer anthems.
