Tanner Adell made a notable appearance representing country music at the 2024 BET Awards on Sunday (June 30), gracing the Nissan Mobile Studio stage.
The performance of her beloved track “Buckle Bunny” and her latest single “Cowboy Break My Heart” electrified the BET Awards audience, eliciting a standing ovation.
Celebrating her 28th birthday just days before on June 27, Adell continues to ascend in the country music scene. She gained significant recognition as one of the featured artists on Beyoncé’s highly anticipated country-themed album, “COWBOY CARTER,” released earlier this year. Adell, recipient of the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards Innovator Award, collaborated with Beyoncé on the track “Blackbiird,” alongside Brittney Spencer, Tiera Kennedy, and Reyna Roberts. To commemorate their collaboration, the four artists each got tattoos inspired by the song’s theme of the blackbird. Adell proudly displayed her tattoo on the red carpet at the 2024 CMT Music Awards, discussing the fulfillment of one of her career aspirations through her involvement in the album.
Adell has since released singles like “Whiskey Blues” and “Too Easy,” further cementing her place in the industry. She is also set to feature on the star-studded Twisters album for the upcoming movie, slated for release on July 19.
