Jelly Roll, the acclaimed singer-rapper, treated fans to an unexpected club performance in Tampa, Florida, on Friday (July 12) following the postponement of Morgan Wallen’s scheduled stadium concert.
Originally slated to open for Wallen at Tampa’s Raymond James Stadium that evening, Jelly Roll swiftly organized the intimate gig after Wallen announced his cancellation due to illness.
“TAMPA! Dallas Bull tonight—doors open at 7pm. If you have a ticket to the show you get in for free. (This is for ticket holders only) FIRST COME FIRST SERVE,” Jelly Roll announced on social media. Wallen had earlier informed fans of his illness, prompting the postponement of his Raymond James Stadium performance to October 4. Additionally, Wallen rescheduled upcoming shows at Charlotte, NC’s Bank of America Stadium to October 18 and 19, with his next scheduled performance now set for July 25 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
