Slash Launches S.E.R.P.E.N.T. Festival Blues Tour Following Album Success

Guns N’ Roses and Velvet Revolver star Slash, the iconic, GRAMMY Award-winning guitarist and songwriter, has embarked on his first-ever nationwide S.E.R.P.E.N.T. Festival Blues tour. This tour follows the success of his latest album, “Orgy Of The Damned,” which continues to dominate the Blues Album Chart.

For the S.E.R.P.E.N.T. tour, Slash curated an impressive lineup featuring the Warren Haynes Band, Keb’ Mo’, Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, Robert Randolph, Samantha Fish, Eric Gales, ZZ Ward, Jackie Venson, and Larkin Poe. Slash and his Blues Ball Band, consisting of Johnny Griparic (bass), Teddy ‘ZigZag’ Andreadis (keys/vocals), Michael Jerome (drums), and Tash Neal (vocals/guitars), perform at all festival dates alongside various special guest vocalists.

The S.E.R.P.E.N.T. festival celebrates the release of Slash’s acclaimed sixth solo album, “Orgy of the Damned,” available worldwide via Gibson Records. The album has now spent six weeks at #1 on the U.S. Blues Album Chart. It also debuted at #1 on the Blues Album charts in the U.S. and U.K., and reached #2 on the U.S. Rock Albums Chart, securing Top 10 positions in seven countries globally.

Ahead of the festival, Slash and his Blues Ball Band made a stop at the Gibson Garage in Nashville for a pre-festival performance. The group delivered a live rendition of “Papa Was A Rolling Stone,” showcasing their blues prowess.

The goal of Slash’s S.E.R.P.E.N.T. festival is to unite music fans in these divisive times, celebrating the spirit of the Blues. It provides a platform for Slash and his band to collaborate and perform with other admired Blues artists who share his passion for the genre.
