Country artist Conner Smith is set to reconnect with his songwriting origins through his upcoming project, ‘Smoky Mountains Sessions,’ slated for release on August 2nd.
The four-track EP, named after his debut album ‘Smoky Mountains,’ features a reimagined version of his collaboration with Hailey Whitters on “Roulette on the Heart,” alongside three new compositions, two of which were penned solely by Smith himself.
“These songs come from a deeply personal place and were recorded live with my band at the historic Echo Mountain Studios, where we captured their raw essence,” shared Conner on Instagram. “This EP marks a return to storytelling, which is at the heart of what I love in music. It’s the next chapter in our journey.”
Accompanying his announcement, Conner unveiled the EP’s cover art and preview clips of tracks like “Boys in the Picture” and “A Thousand Miles Away.”
Fans can presave ‘Smoky Mountains Sessions’ now to be among the first to hear the new music upon its release.
