Country music newcomer Michael James has released his debut album, Good News, a project that intertwines soulful melodies with uplifting faith-based messages. The album marks James’ first foray into full-length recording, following his performances as an opening act for established acts like LOCASH and Restless Road.
Good News reflects James’ deep Christian faith and his personal journey from an unfulfilled past to a life guided by gospel teachings. “‘Good News’ is my very first album, and it defines where my life is right now,” James shared. “The album is about how a kid can go from living an unfulfilled life on a wide path to walking straight and narrow after hearing the good news (of the gospel).”
