Homegrown Music Festival Hits Lawrenceburg with Live Music and Community Spirit

The inaugural Homegrown Music Festival is set to take place on Saturday, July 20, at the Lawrenceburg Fairgrounds, running from noon to 10:00 p.m. This new event promises a day filled with live music, diverse food options, and community support, all while benefiting a local cause.

The festival will showcase eleven musical acts, with performances starting at noon by Rachel Holt. The lineup includes Tyler Brindley, Keith Swinney Band, Lacey Lane Band, Terry Hahn, Channel Kats, Michael T and Jenny Klem, Union 22, Stoned Blue, and will conclude with a performance by the Austin Tyler Lee Band.

Festivalgoers can enjoy a variety of food options from local food trucks, including Parkside Market, Twister Tater, LA Sweets, and Heaven in Your Mouth BBQ. A selection of beers, seltzers, and wines from Holtkamp Winery will also be available.

Tickets are priced at $25 at the door, with a wristband allowing attendees to come and go throughout the day. Attendees are encouraged to bring canned goods for donation to Feeding Those In Need.

The Homegrown Music Festival is organized by The Community Project, a nonprofit dedicated to addressing and raising awareness of the needs of residents in Southeastern Indiana. The organization supports various initiatives including Feeding Those In Need, Christmas With Friends, Community Blessing Boxes, and No Child Left Behind.
