On July 29, Nashville will honor the late Toby Keith with the Allstar Celebration at the Bridgestone Arena. This tribute event, featuring country music’s biggest names, will be broadcast on NBC on August 28 at 8 p.m. ET.

The concert, titled ‘Toby Keith: American Icon,’ is being produced by UMG Nashville’s Sing Me Back Home Productions, ITV America’s Thinkfactory Media, and Alex Coletti Productions. Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit The Toby Keith Foundation’s OK Kids Korral and the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. The OK Kids Korral, established by Keith after the death of his bandmate’s daughter from cancer in 2003, provides a free, home-like environment for families with children undergoing cancer treatment in Oklahoma City.

Keith, who passed away from stomach cancer earlier this year at the age of 62, is remembered through his ongoing charitable efforts. Although he is no longer able to oversee his foundation, it continues to support causes close to his heart. Tickets, available since June 28, can be purchased through Ticketmaster.
