Riley Green has announced the release of his new single, “Rather Be,” set to debut this Friday, June 26. The Alabama native is stirring excitement with this upcoming track, signaling a fresh chapter in his musical journey.
Green’s most recent work includes his sophomore studio album, Ain’t My Last Rodeo, released in October 2023, and the EP Way Out Here, which came out in April and featured standout tracks like “Jesus Saves” and “Worst Way.” The new single “Rather Be” represents a transition as Green prepares to launch new material.
In a recent update, Green shared that he is currently recording the final tracks for his upcoming album, expected this fall. “Yeah, we’re in the studio. I’m actually recording the last few songs on my next album this week. We’re gonna put some new music out in the fall,” he said.
Additionally, Green teased an unreleased track titled “Don’t Mind If I Do” in June, which has already garnered significant fan interest. Fans are eagerly awaiting its potential inclusion on the forthcoming album.
