Miranda Lambert to Release Highly Anticipated Album ‘Postcards From Texas’ on Sept. 13

Country music star Miranda Lambert is set to release her ninth studio album, Postcards From Texas, on September 13 through Republic Records. This album marks Lambert’s debut with the label and is produced by Jon Randall at Austin’s Arlyn Recording Studios.

The album includes the playful single “Alimony,” inspired by a visit to Lambert’s barn. She recounted the moment of inspiration, revealing that a conversation with Shane and Natalie sparked the song. Lambert’s enthusiasm for shuffles led her to request one for the album, reflecting her desire to bring a fun and energetic track to her set.
