On August 1, TWS, the six-member boy band under Hybe’s subsidiary Pledis Entertainment, made a significant appearance at the Grammy Museum’s latest pop-up exhibit in Los Angeles. The group was photographed in front of a large promotional image of themselves displayed prominently within the exhibit.
This event celebrated the grand opening of the Grammy Museum’s highly anticipated pop-up exhibit, “Hybe: We Believe In Music.” To commemorate the occasion, TWS took part in the Global Spin Live performance series. This special edition was held on the rooftop of the downtown Los Angeles museum, where attendees enjoyed a variety of refreshments, including Japchae—a traditional Korean stir-fried noodle dish—as well as fried chicken and other treats.
The group, consisting of Shinyu, Dohoon, Youngjae, Hanjin, Jihoon, and Kyungmin, recently concluded their debut appearance at KCON L.A., marking a significant milestone since their debut in January. Jihoon shared his excitement about their U.S. debut with The Hollywood Reporter, stating, “It was an amazing experience. This is our first time having a stage in the U.S., so we learned a lot.” Over the weekend, TWS performed multiple times, including a special set during The CW’s live broadcast of the final night’s concert at Crypto Arena.
