Luke Bryan has revealed details about his upcoming album, Mind of a Country Boy, set to release on September 27th. The 14-track album, produced by Jeff and Jody Stevens, showcases a blend of new music, including the recently released single “Closing Time in California” and the earlier track “Love You, Miss You, Mean It,” which debuted in April.
This announcement comes as Bryan approaches nearly 17 years in the country music industry, where he has earned the title of Entertainer of the Year at the Country Music Association Awards five times. On August 21, Bryan will also receive the ACM Lifting Lives Award, recognizing his dedication to enhancing lives through music and his generous spirit.
In addition to the album release, Bryan is set for a busy tour schedule. His Mind of a Country Boy tour will visit cities including San Bernardino, Kansas City, Atlanta, Oklahoma City, Des Moines, and Chicago before concluding in Tampa in mid-September. Following this, Bryan will embark on his annual Farm Tour, which will introduce him to new venues such as Bow Creek Farm and Cattle Co in Granville, PA; Heritage Park in Chesapeake, VA; Cox Brothers Farms in Marshville, NC; and Cunningham Family Farm in Smithton, PA.
Bryan commented on the album, “I think this album, as I’ve tried to do with all my albums, just has a little bit of everything. I do some things different vocally on this one that I’ve not done before. It’s about each song having its place and having its meaning…I think that’s why I’ve been blessed to have a long career and what I feel like this album’s going to do.”
