Heavy rock band Tesla will bring their “Keepin’ It Real Tour” to the Artpark Mainstage Theater in Lewiston, NY, just 7 miles north of Niagara Falls, on Wednesday, August 28. The concert will commence at 7 p.m., featuring special guests Kurt Deimer and Stretch as opening acts.

In a statement, the band expressed their excitement: “We cannot wait to hit the stage and share our music with our incredible fans once again. The ‘Keepin’ It Real’ tour is going to be an unforgettable experience for everyone who joins us.”

The tour is set to continue through November, with another performance scheduled in Upstate New York at del Lago Resort & Casino in Waterloo on Saturday, September 14.

Tesla, formed in 1984 in Sacramento, CA, originally went by the name City Kidd before rebranding in honor of inventor Nikola Tesla. They gained prominence with their platinum debut album, Mechanical Resonance, released in 1986, which featured hits like “Modern Day Cowboy.” Their follow-up album, The Great Radio Controversy (1989), also achieved double platinum status, boasting popular tracks such as “Heaven’s Trail (No Way Out)” and “Love Song.”

The band continued their success through the 1990s with albums like Psychotic Supper and Bust a Nut. Since 2000, Tesla has released four studio albums and their latest single, “Time to Rock!”
